Storm Wines - 2022 John Sebastiano Pinot Noir, Sta Rita Hills - Pinot Noir

Fruit was picked at night. At the winery the grapes were 100 de-stemmed before natural fermentation. The wine was aged on the lees in neutral barrels for 16 months before being bottled unfined and infiltered.
