100% Albarino from the C5 vineyard in Santa Ynez. This is a skin contact wine dancing the line between a lightly macerated wine and an orange wine, we like to call it golden wine. Macerated for 5 days on skins, pressed and aged in old oak barrels for 8 months before bottling with a total of 30 ppm total SO2 at bottling.
