Parr Collective - Phelan Farm Chardonnay 2023 - Chardonnay

Climate: Cool climate, maritime influence, three miles from the Pacific Soil: Clay, Quartz Vinification: Direct press, fermented in 1200L Stockinger Foudre and aged 6 months in stainless steel. Bottles produced: 3,840 ABV: 12.5% Vintage notes: harvested October 6th, 2023. Extremely wet winter, 50 + inches of rain, very cool and long growing season.
