Ashkahn Wines - 2024 "Ivy" Pet-Nat, Presquile Vineyard - Santa Maria Valley - Chardonnay

Named after my daughter, Ivy. The fruit comes from sandy, own rooted vines in the Santa Maria Valley just down the street from our house. I did my first harvest here in 2019 so it's a special place for me. Direct pressed and disgorged by hand with no additions.
