Ashkahn Wines - 2023 "Lou" Chardonnay, Presqu'ile Vineyard - Santa Maria Valley - Chardonnay

Named after my wife. The fruit comes from sandy, own rooted vines in the Santa Maria Valley just down the street from our house. I did my first harvest here in 2019 so it's a special place for me. Direct pressed and aged for 11 months in neutral oak and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no additions.
